David Schlussel is actively involved in the acquisition, planning, construction, leasing, and management of real estate, including dealing with environmentally sensitive properties and eminent domain issues. He is a co-owner and manager of Key Properties LLC and related companies and is a long time member of the ICSC.

David Schlussel graduated from Yale University with a B.A. and from the Jewish Theological Seminary with an M.A. He served on the Maywood, NJ CCG working with the US Department of Energy, the US Army Corps of Engineers, and the NJ Department of Environmental Protection. He has also lectured on real estate development at New York University. David served on the Board of Directors of Tributary Gardens Condo Association. He was a founder and Chairman of the Yale Alumni Real Estate Association and has been his class delegate to the Association of Yale Alumni. Mr. Schlussel is Chairman Emeritus of NORPAC and is on the National Council of AIPAC. In addition, Mr. Schlussel serves as a Trustee of Ramapo College and on the Boards of several community and religious organizations.

Marc Schlussel is one of the founding members of Key Properties LLC. He has experience in real estate acquisition, development, construction, financing, leasing and management.

Marc Schlussel served as Chair of the Teaneck Economic Development Corporation. He is a Member of the Cornell University Real Estate Council and of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. Schlussel has lectured on real estate development at New York University. He served on the Board of Directors of both North Bridge Park Co-op and Tributary Gardens Condominium Association.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University.

Marc is Past Chair of the Cornell University Hillel Board of Trustees. He has served on the Board of Trustees of Congregation Netivot Shalom, Teaneck Jewish Center, and Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey and served as Co-Chair of the Legal, Financial and Real Estate Division at the Federation.
